My feet started getting pretty smelly and I have no idea why but I do play a lot of sports and whatnot.Anyway, putting a little bit of this on my feet in the morning, and some in my socks as well does without doubt stop odors all day. Works like magic.One thing I will note though, and maybe this is the case with all powders, I don't know as I am not normally a powder guy... this doesnt really work if you rub the powder in. At first I was patting some powder on my foot and then rubbing it all around. It wasn't working.Then I decided, OK I won't rub it around, I'll just leave the powder as is sitting on my foot as I put my socks on. This worked amazingly. So don't rub it in!
