I have severe foot drop in my left foot and moderate in my right, my doctor had a custom brace made for me which was torture on my ankle and won't fit into any shoe so I began my brace search, multiple braces later (all returned) this one seemed to simple to do anything. I was WRONG. I wore it for 8 hours at work the first day I got it, it fits into my shoes and offers the support I need, it is soooooooooooo comfortable. It is so easy to put on, it comes with instructions but the one on the website can be enlarged so I used it. It takes me about 3 minutes to get it on and in my shoe. You will need a thin sock underneath it but even with the sock it fits in my shoe. I have not tried it with my skinny jeans or leggings but will probably put in on the outside of my pants. It is also very well made not cheaply like some I tried.
